High cutting accuracy
HUOXIAN H-130 uses a 0.75kW absolute servo motor to drive each spindle, and cooperates with a dedicated closed-loop feedback encoder for full-range positioning to ensure that the axial movement error does not exceed ±0.05mm.
Multi-level frequency conversion speed regulation system
H-130 is equipped with a 1.5kW inverter to adjust the saw blade linear speed from 0-60m/min steplessly, and is equipped with a 0-2000rpm spindle speed control system to achieve matching cutting of different metal materials (such as stainless steel, copper tubes, and aluminum tubes).
Structural protection and lubrication system
The equipment uses a stainless steel chip cover to protect key moving parts, and cooperates with a built-in cooling system and a timed oil filling device (including an independent lubricating oil tank) to control chip accumulation and heat conduction. The design of adding a chip collection basket prevents chips from accumulating or soaking materials at the bottom for a long time, preventing rust and structural damage.
