The Pipe Profiling Machine is equipped with a servo feed motor, combined with a linear guide rail and a thickened feed rack to ensure that the contact position of the tool is consistent each time. The sawing part uses a standardized tungsten steel saw blade, and the cutting accuracy can be continuously and stably maintained within ±0.05mm.
Wide range of material compatibility
Different versions are equipped with cutting motors of different powers. The high-speed version has an output of 2.2kW, which can achieve efficient cutting of carbide tubes and medium-sized solid copper rods. With the support of saw blades with a thickness range of 0.5mm to 2mm, it can cut from 0.15mm ultra-thin stainless steel to 50mm solid aluminum copper rods.
Automation
