However, there are very few laser manufacturers that can compete with them, which has resulted in the high overall price of fiber laser machines. At the same time, if one fiber in the laser is damaged, the entire laser must be replaced, and this maintenance cost also makes customers hesitant.
On the other hand, the YAG laser cutting machine, also with a wavelength of 1.06um, is very suitable for metal cutting. Moreover, YAG laser technology has been widely recognized and used as a mature laser technology by the international community.
