Common Faults Of Horizontal Band Saw Machine

Reason for malfunction:
The phase sequence display light is not on.
Reason: The power supply has been reversed and the fuse has been blown.
Exclusion method: Connect the wires correctly and replace the fuse
The phase sequence display light is on, but the control panel is not powered on.
Reason: The fuse has heated up and the relay has not reset. The emergency stop switch has not been opened and the safety protection switch on the door is not in place.
Exclusion method: Replace the fuse by manually pressing four circuit breakers to reset them. Open two emergency stop switches and loosen the protective switch fixing screw. Move forward until the protective switch and door are pressed into place.
