Stable cutting
The saw blade adopts a double-layer composite structure with a blade thickness of 2.0mm and a core of 1.7mm. After the blade body contour is completed by laser cutting equipment in the machining center, the single tooth is sharpened by a fully automatic CNC gear grinder to control the blade runout to less than 0.03mm.
Tooth number matching design
Saw blades with 54 to 100 teeth are available. The tooth shape adopts a negative rake angle design and is matched with a high-precision welded carbide tooth head to ensure chip removal and cooling under different metal densities.
Interface specification standardization
The inner diameter of all saw blades is controlled within the mainstream 32mm specification, and is processed by a CNC lathe with an automatic inner hole calibration system to ensure that the coaxiality deviation with the mainstream cold saw spindle is less than 0.02mm, avoiding installation yaw problems.
