The saw wheel is a pair of wheels to realize the installation of the band saw, and is the main component to realize the rotation of the band saw blade. Under normal circumstances, the lower saw wheel of the vertical band saw is the driving wheel, and the right saw wheel of the horizontal metal band saw is the driving wheel. It must have a large moment of inertia and can function as a flywheel during work. The saw wheel of the vertical band saw is passive, and the left saw wheel of the horizontal band saw is a passive wheel, which is driven by the saw blade. It is required to be lighter and can be synchronized with the saw blade as much as possible to reduce the start-up braking and sawing. The violent friction between the saw wheel and the saw blade caused by the change of resistance prevents the saw blade from being excessively stretched and broken.
1. Carry out quenching treatment and cold work hardening treatment on the surface of the band saw wheel to improve the strength of the saw wheel surface and reduce the friction between the saw wheel and the saw blade.
2. Cover the surface of the saw wheel with 3~5mm thick rubber, which can effectively reduce the noise. This method is mostly used in small band saws in furniture factories.
3 Change the structure of the upper saw wheel from a spoke type to a spoke type to make it less susceptible to excited vibration. The spoke-type upper saw wheel adopts an integral casting structure, which eliminates or reduces the airflow rotation noise and eddy noise generated by the rotation of the spoke-type upper saw wheel, and reduces the noise of the whole machine.
The main drive system of the scissor sawing machine is composed of a worm gear reducer, a belt pulley, a driving wheel and other parts. The worm gear reducer and the driving wheel are directly connected, and the transmission is relatively stable without impact. The speed of the driving wheel is adjusted by the leather belt, which can reach a variety of cutting speeds to meet the cutting of different materials.
The clamping of the band saw machine adopts hydraulic vise to clamp, mainly through the hydraulic cylinder driving the jaw plate to clamp the workpiece. The jaws are clamped by a single jaw, and the screw rod cylinder structure. The guidance of the scissors sawing machine is divided into a movable guide arm and a fixed guide arm. The former is moved manually. After the adjustment, the locking of the guide arm mainly uses the manual locking of the dovetail device. The top and sides of the guide base are all made of hard alloy, and there is also a pre-guide arm device, mainly to ensure the stability of the guide and prolong the service life of the saw blade. Moreover, it adopts a large and small double column structure, and the lifting of the saw frame is mainly driven by an oil cylinder.
