The P-75 fully automatic high-speed metal circular saw machine is a conventional machine tool produced by our company. It is mainly composed of a machine bed, a power head, a feeding system, a clamping device, an automatic feeder, a material receiving frame, a material dispensing mechanism, a material dividing device, a hydraulic system, an electrical system, a spray cooling system, an automatic lubrication system, a spiral chip conveyor, a saw blade cleaning device, etc.
2.1 Machine bed: The main body of the bed is integrally cast from high-quality, high-strength special materials. It has the characteristics of good overall rigidity, high strength, impact resistance, and small deformation, which can greatly improve the overall rigidity of the machine tool and the sawing stability of the machine tool.
2.2 Power head part: The power head is divided into the key core components of the entire equipment. The internal components of this part are imported well-known brands, which ensures the overall stability of the circular saw machine and the service life of the core components. The use of a unique saw blade stabilization system can greatly improve the rigidity of the clamped circular saw blade, reduce the vibration and deflection of the saw blade, and greatly improve the service life of the saw blade, and the sawing accuracy is reliably guaranteed.
2.3 Feeding system: The servo motor drives the ball screw to drive the power head to perform scissor-style strong feeding, and the clamped workpiece is cut off quickly and with high precision.
2.4 Clamping device: It consists of two sets of horizontal and vertical clamping devices. The front and rear sets of devices can be clamped and released at the same time to ensure the stability of the sawing process.
2.5 Automatic feeding, material receiving rack, and material shifting mechanism: Automatic feeding adopts the method of AC servo control of high-precision ball screw to ensure the accuracy of feeding. The material receiving rack is used to place the raw materials to be cut in rows, and the longest length of rod materials can be placed is 6m. The material shifting mechanism shifts a rod to the automatic feeding vise through the action of the material shifting cylinder, and finally realizes automatic feeding, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers and reduces the auxiliary time of sawing.
2.6 Material dividing device: It can facilitate the collection and processing of the head and tail of the material, and automatically realize the separation and placement of the head and tail from the finished product.
2.7 Hydraulic system: It is composed of oil tank, central block, hydraulic pump, hydraulic components, actuators, etc. All of them adopt internationally renowned brand - Taiwan Oil Research hydraulic parts, with low failure rate, reliable performance, stable and reliable realization of various program actions.
2.8 Electrical system: It is composed of electrical cabinet, touch screen, button, PLC, motor, contactor, relay, heat exchanger, switch and auxiliary components. The machine tool can realize full-process CNC, that is, except for the manual placement of the material rack in rows, from automatic material selection to sawing completion, including material head and material tail processing, all are automatically completed by the sawing line. The automation degree is high, and various safety protection devices can ensure the safe and smooth operation of the sawing line throughout the process.
2.9 Spray cooling system: It adopts imported well-known brand spray cooling lubrication system. This system adopts environmentally friendly cutting oil for precise metering of micro-lubrication. The well-designed nozzle sprays high-efficiency cutting oil onto the saw teeth to reduce the generation of cutting heat. The nozzle also sprays high-efficiency cutting oil onto both sides of the saw blade for lubrication, which can not only improve production efficiency, reduce production costs, and prevent environmental pollution, but also improve the quality of the cut and extend the service life of the saw blade.
