Efficient cold cutting design
The whole machine uses 700rpm low-speed cutting, with a 120W forced circulation water cooling system and filter recovery structure to ensure that the saw blade and the workpiece remain at low temperatures during the cutting process, suppressing the thermal deformation of stainless steel thin-walled tubes during cutting.
High degree of automation
The P‑230D supports touch-screen setting of feed length (2‑400mm), feeding is driven by a servo motor, the sawing space is independently closed, and has a protective cover design to ensure personnel safety while achieving fully automatic operation.
