Working Principle Of Pipe Cutting Machine

The automatic pipe cutting machine has functions such as automatic material clamping, feeding, feeding, size setting, fixed number shutdown, and work measurement. The main mechanical circuits are operated by PLC programmable logic controllers. Automatic feeding, clamping, and cutting system, precise and fast feeding, capable of cutting 10-50 times per minute. The counter can set the number of cutting times and automatically stops after cutting is completed. Among them, there is no need for manual operation, higher integration of mechanical and electrical systems, and even one person can operate multiple machines, reducing the number of employees. The total counter can count the daily workload record. The total pressure, front, back, and pressure can be adjusted continuously to ensure that the workpiece is not pinched or deformed. A servo pipe cutting machine is used, and the accuracy of the pipe cutting length is guaranteed to be within plus or minus 0.05mm (the error mainly occurs on the steel pipe and cutting tool). The cutting edge is glossy and free of burrs.
The principle is to coordinate the computer and hydraulic system, and control the direction of the hydraulic system's oil path movement through the electrical system, pushing the drag board to make linear reciprocating motion. The microcomputer will follow the user's self designed cutting path and control and change its oil path movement based on the signals detected from the drag limit during the reciprocating motion, in order to achieve the expected cutting path. When purchasing a pipe cutting machine, it is also important to understand its purpose: this machine is widely used in the handle industry for automated pipe cutting and chamfering of stainless steel pipes. Stainless steel pipes and seamless steel pipes with a length of 6 meters and a diameter of 25 meters or less can be placed. Perform automatic feeding, cutting, and chamfering processes, with one person managing multiple machines to reduce labor intensity and save personnel.
