This machine adopts a flat feed design combined with a micro-angle cutting method, which greatly reduces resistance during cutting and lessens abrasion between the saw blade and workpiece, extending the saw blade's service life. It also ensures smooth feeding and improves overall cutting efficiency.

High-power servo motor, stable performance for heavy work

Equipped with an 11kW high-power servo main motor, it delivers strong power and maintains stable speed even under high-load cutting conditions, handling continuous cutting of all kinds of medium and large metal profiles with ease. Matched with a 2.2kW oil pump motor and a 1.5kW feed motor, all transmission parts work in perfect coordination, meeting the demands of high-intensity production.

Precise servo feeding, material-saving

It comes with a servo feeding system with a maximum stroke of 750mm and a stable cutting precision of ±0.05mm, ensuring extremely accurate fixed-length cutting. Workpieces in the same batch have almost consistent dimensions, saving much allowance for subsequent processing. A dedicated manual single-cut function is also designed for precise cutting of leftover and short materials, improving material utilization rate.

Dual cooling system, no chip jamming and better saw blade protection

Adopting an oil mist + air cooling dual system, it provides real-time cooling and lubrication for the cutting area and saw blade, effectively avoiding saw blade tooth burning and chipping, as well as chip jamming caused by chip adhesion on the blade. It not only prolongs the saw blade's life but also ensures smooth cutting surfaces of workpieces with few burrs and little thermal deformation due to high temperature.

Optimized gearbox design, cost-saving and durable

The gearbox features an internal clearance design, eliminating the need for additional external brakes, simplifying the equipment structure and reducing subsequent maintenance costs. It enables smooth transmission without jamming and precise braking, resulting in a low failure rate and suitability for long-term continuous operation.

Easy operation and reliable safety protection

The machine has both manual and automatic operation modes. The control panel allows direct adjustment of tool setting parameters and working hour parameters, as well as real-time viewing of various equipment information with an intuitive interface that workers can master quickly. It is also equipped with safety devices such as emergency stop and overload protection, providing all-round safety for production operations and equipment running.
